Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable, especially the bed on the upper floors which more than made up for any small inconveniences. The location was ideal, close to everything in downtown Seattle. The dining was enjoyable, although it ran out of food a couple of times. The service was top-notch with staff working at the bar and into their kitchen, making us feel truly welcomed and at home.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although clean, felt a bit cramped and had a sliver view of the Sound. The location was convenient, being in downtown Seattle, but it was noisy being on the alley. The service was excellent with always smiling and very friendly staff, making my stay pleasant. Dining was a bit of a hit and miss with very good quality but closing early, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel's location worked wonderfully for us during our five-day stay in downtown Seattle. The rooms were comfortable, and we really liked the bed in our unit; however, our room wasn't ready until 3 hours after check-in. The service was top-notch, with smiling and sweet bar staff and friendly and helpful service overall. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with bland food but great options like the waffles. The location was just a few blocks from the main shopping and eating area, close to Whole Foods, Pike Market, Nordstrom, and Capitol Hill. The facilities were modern and well-equipped.
